Makers Market Vendor Form

Please complete this application by the following deadlines to be considered for participation in the Painted Prairie Makers Markets:

Apply by June 8, 2026, for the June 25th Makers Market
Apply by July 1, 2026, for the July 23rd Makers Market

Apply by August 1, 2026, for the August 27th Makers Market

Makers Markets are from 5-8 p.m. on these dates, and vendors are asked to be present during the entire duration of the events.

Booth Information
– Booth space 8×10; cost is 25.00 per booth. Submit your payment here. 
– Our goal is to have this an outdoor event, but we will have vendors inside if the weather isn’t compatible with an outdoor setup. Tents are welcome but not provided.
– 1 8ft table and 2 chairs are provided.
– Set up is from 3:30-5:00 pm.

Painted Prairie Vineyard is located at 1575 250th Ave. Currie, MN 56123.

Waiver of Liability - I understand and acknowledge that participation in this event can be hazardous, and I hereby assume all risk while participating. I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns, do hereby waive and release the City of Currie, its agents, employees, officers, officials, and sponsors from all rights and claims for any personal injury, death, or property damage suffered by me as a result of my participation in this event. Further, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns, do hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Painted Prairie Vineyard, its agents, employees, officers, officials, and sponsors from and against any and all claims for any personal injury, death, or property damage that I cause to others during my participation in this event.

I, the undersigned, agree, without any right of payment or editing, to allow Painted Prairie Vineyard to use the images of me and/or my children, and my business goods, including reproductions of photos, video, audio, or other reproductions, for use in all types of media for public relations purposes to promote activities. I, the undersigned, give permission to Painted Prairie Vineyard to obtain and authorize medical care for participants at any hospital, emergency medical center, or any other health facility; by any medical doctor, osteopath, nurse, surgeon, or any other medical practitioner. Further, I agree to be responsible for the expenses of any medical care required, and I indemnify and hold harmless Painted Prairie Vineyard, its agents, employees, officers, sponsors, or persons authorizing the medical care from any and all costs of medical care and any and all damages suffered by the participant as a result of the medical treatment authorized.
