Discover our passion & process
Wine making is one big chemistry project and takes 9-18 months to complete depending on the type (sweet or dry) and goes through multiple stages of fermentation and finishing to become a bottle on the our shelf.
The beauty (and challenge) or MN grape growing and wine making is the variable of weather. The weather affects the growing season and the final grape product. Don’t be surprised if you come to try a different Vintage of the same wine and have different notes on the palate! It changes from year to year!
Welcome to the wild world of grape growing and wine making on the Prairie!
